Mini Plate Dinner Station

Your choice of a tiny tenderloin filet or bacon wrapped chicken filet seared to order by a chef then perfectly plated with asparagus spears and smashed potatoes served with your choice of cabernet wild mushroom sauce or boursin cream sauce


Paella Station

Saffron rice and the following toppings cooked to order in front of your guests to create their own person paella. Toppings include spicy chorizo sausage, shrimp, mussels, lobster, clams, chicken, peas, artichokes and jalapeno peppers.


Pasta Bar

Penne, rainbow rotini, and cheese tortellini, tomato basil cream, garlic cream,

and mushroom Marsala


Roasted vegetables

Sun dried tomatoes, shaved parmesan, baby spinach, and steamed asparagus


Rice Topper Station

Steamed white rice in mini paper take out containers served alongside the following dishes: beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, and pepper steak
