How It Works

How do I find out what’s on the menu?

  • To get on our mailing list for family meals Click Here. You will be sent the weekly menu link and any special menu information every week and can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Our menu changes every week. 


  • Click the "ORDER NOW" link above to go to the ordering and menu portal. Enter your zip code or pickup preference and click on the menu date to see what’s on the menu. You won’t need to enter any personal information until you are ready to order. Order by NOON every Monday for delivery on Thursday.


  • You will see icons below each menu item indicating whether it is gluten free (made with gluten free ingredients but not in a gluten free facility), vegetarian, vegan, low salt, or one of our many “Sweatshop Approved” healthy lifestyle options. 


  • All pricing online is per serving. Side dish servings are 5 ounces and entree servings are 6 ounces unless otherwise noted.   

How do I get my order?

  • We have 4 convenient options for getting your order.... 


  • DELIVERY-Enter your zip code on the home page to see if we deliver to your area. On the checkout page choose from no contact, in person, or delivery to your cooler. Then, your order will be delivered in a thermal bag with an ice pack on Thursday between 11AM-6PM. You will be sent a text the day before delivery with a time window then additional texts on the day of delivery with time updates, driver tracking, and photo confirmation of delivery. There is a $5.99 delivery charge on all orders.


  • PICKUP-Your order will be packed in AN INSULATED bag, ready for pickup at any of our 3 pickup locations... 


  • Option 1: Chef Paul Catering, 3900 Washington St ste H, Gurnee, IL 60031 between 5-6:30PM on Thursdays 


  • Option 2: Sweatshop Grayslake, 1838 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030 between 3:30-8PM on Thursdays. $5.99 bag/delivery fee applies per order. 


  • Option 3: Only for employees of Greenleaf Center Gurnee. Your order will be delivered hot items hot, cold items cold, to your office on Thursdays between 11-1. Important to please indicate your office number in the Questions/special notes section when checking out. All items for the same office will be packed together. $5.99 bag/delivery fee applies per order.


Other Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I pay for my order? You will need to create an account in order to check out online. You can pay by credit card online and your information will be securely stored for checkout on future orders. 

  • How will the items be packed if I order more than 1 serving? All items will be packed according to how many servings you have ordered so 3 servings of a side dish will all be packed together with a 3 written on the top of the container. If you would like your menu items packed in a special way please note that in the Questions/special notes section on checkout. 


  • How do I tip my driver? When you click continue after placing your order there are some add on items you can scroll through and add to your order. Here you can find the driver tip option. Click 1 for each dollar you want to give them. All tips go directly to the driver. You can also tip in person if you prefer. 


  • What if I have a special request? Put any special requests in the Questions/special notes section on checkout and we will get back to you if we have any questions or unable to honor your request.  

  • What do I do with my used bag and ice pack? You can put the bag in your recycle bin and reuse the ice packs. OR, if you’d like to return the used bag next time we deliver just leave it on your doorstep or give it to us and we will sanitize it and use it for your next order. 


  • What do I do if I have a problem with my order? Text 847-623-8750 and we will get back to you right away. Texting is the quickest way to contact us. You can also call 847-623-8750 and leave a message and we will get back to you by the next business day. 

  • Do you have a menu every week of the year? We do not have meal delivery the week of Thanksgiving or the week of Christmas.  


  • Can I send a meal to a friend? Yes, just create another address in your profile and use that address in the drop down on checkout. Then, indicate in the Questions/special notes field their name and cell phone number so we can contact them with a delivery time. 

  • How do I heat the food?  Detailed heating instructions will be on the packing slip in your order.  All hot items need to be heated in the oven or toaster oven at 350 degrees for the amount of time noted for best results.  We do not recommend heating our food in the microwave as it ruins the texture.


  • Can I send someone a gift certificate so they can order meals themselves? Yes, click here GIFT CERTIFICATE to order a gift certificate you can send them via email.
