We have developed a 4-step process to help us help you design your custom wedding. Our goal is to provide you with multiple options that maximize your priorities against your budget. We are more flexible than most caterers in that we can help you to find the right mix of venue, format, menu, guest count, timeline and event design to make the perfect wedding for you and on budget.

Initial Consultation: By phone or email we go through a long list of questions to help us understand your vision for your wedding, go over your target budget, tastes & preferences.

Proposal: From the information we gather we prepare a detailed draft of your wedding menu, format, timeline, rentals, staffing, and any custom touches you want us to include.

Preliminary Tasting: Come in and meet our team, taste up to 8 items off your menu, see samples of china and linens, and go over all of your questions as you decide on the perfect caterer for your event.

Dress Rehearsal Tasting: After you are booked and about a month before your event, we meet again to see your wedding table set up, taste all of your final menu items, and finalize the details that are going to make your wedding day uniquely yours!
Whether your ideal wedding is an intimate cocktail hour or an elaborate royal affair, our team will take the time to get to know you and put together a custom proposal for you.

Great Service, Great Food
"I used Chef Paul Catering for a Bridal Shower. Not only was the delivery person on time (she was actually a little early, which I appreciate) she set out all the food for me and talked to me about each item. It came in the nicest containers, so I was able to serve right from their trays/bowls. I have used this company for many personal and corporate events and they never disappoint! The food was amazing. "My now husband and I were planning a small backyard wedding, and needed to find a caterer. I found Chef Paul online, and I am so glad I did! We had less than a 3 month timeline, but Ginger & Patricia pulled it all together. We had our tastings done in no time, and they arranged to have the tents, tables and linens onsite. The food was delicious, the cake was amazing, the presentation was beautiful, and the staff was very professional!"
