Our Drop-Off or Pick Up meals have a 4-day Shelf Life in the Fridge.
Several dishes are good for up to 3 months in the freezer.
Chef Paul Catering serves the suburbs between Chicago and Milwaukee the following Drop-Off & Pickup catering menu items.
The menu packages below are available for Drop-Off or Pickup with three business days advance notice. We make Lake County custom items for both Drop-Off & Pickup or for staffed events. So if you don't see what you're looking for here please ask if we can create it for you.

Delivery & Pick Up Information
Deliveries and pickups are by appointment only and are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Pickups scheduled during regular hours are free. Delivery fees listed below are for deliveries within 12 miles of our Gurnee location. Deliveries are available outside of that range and are charged a per mile delivery fee based on the exact delivery address.
Standard Delivery:
Monday through Saturday 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM,
Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

After Hours Delivery:
Monday through Saturday 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM,
Sunday 5:00 PM to10:00 AM, day of Holiday

Monday through Saturday 6:00 PM+, Sunday 5:00 PM+

Ordering Deadlines
Note: We do book up for some dates and times so please order as early as possible to ensure
availability. Once a date is secured you can continue to change your drop off or pickup menu and guest count up to 72 hours prior to your event, although 1 week notice is appreciated.
ALL full service events with staffing must be finalized and a confirmation deposit received by noon 7 days prior to your event. Full service staffed events can be modified up to 7 days prior to your event. No changes can be made to full service staffed events after 7 days prior to your event.
A 1/3 deposit is required to confirm all orders.
Any menu items requiring reheating, cooking, or specific serving instructions will come with easy to follow printed instructions.
50% of your invoice will be charged for cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice, 100% of your invoice will be charged if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice.

Tuesday - All event details must be finalized & a deposit received by noon on Thursday week prior.
Wednesday - All event details must be finalized & a deposit received by noon on Friday week prior.
Thursday - All event details must be finalized & a deposit received by noon on Monday week prior.
Friday - All event details must be finalized & a deposit received by noon on Tuesday.
Saturday - All event details must be finalized & a deposit received by noon on Wednesday.
Sunday - All event details must be finalized & a deposit received by noon on Wednesday.
