Cocktail Hour Menu


Signature Cocktail

Pear mojitos with custom imprinted wooden drink picks passed on trays lined with greenery as guests arrive,  along with appetizers passed on antique trays

as guests enter the lawn

Watermelon and Feta on Mini Pinecone Topped Skewers

Refreshing watermelon, fresh mint, and salty feta on a skewer drizzled with sweet

aged balsamic


Mini Fish Tacos with Avocado Dressing

Mini mildly spicy marinated fish tacos served on tiny blue corn shells topped with corn, cilantro, lettuce and avocado dressing

Tenderloin Bites with Artichoke Spinach Dip

Choice tenderloin topped with artichoke spinach dip and parmesan

Bread and Snacks

Served sliced on a cedar plank alongside ceramic dishes of whipped butter and white bean sage spread gourmet cheese, olives, and dried fruits on a

cedar plank at each table


Preset Plated Salads


Wedge Salad

Traditional wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with crumbled blue cheese and bacon

with blue cheese dressing


Wedge of Romaine

Topped with shaved parmesan and diced heirloom tomatoes with Caesar dressing




Chicken Cacciatore

Served over orzo with rainbow of baby sweet peppers, Shitake mushrooms, and garnished with heirloom tomatoes and fiddlehead ferns


Plated Dessert


Creme Brulee stuffed Pears

Traditional creme brulee baked inside hollowed pears served atop summer strawberries and vanilla creme anglais passed on the Lawn


Passed Truffles and Iced Coffee

In miniature mugs served from the lawn butler style by uniformed waitstaff
