With tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, red onions, croutons, and vegan ranch dressing

Delicate greens topped with sliced strawberries, crunchy jicama,

and raspberry vinaigrette

 

Vegetable Pot Pie

Made with sauteed vegetables in a vegetable broth sauce

served on top of a puff pastry diamond

 

Butternut Squash

Tossed with sliced scallions, dried cherries, and a rich and

slightly sweet agave nectar shallot glaze

 

Creamy Mashed Potatoes

With the subtle flavors of roasted garlic and fresh basil

Vegan Wedding Cake

With chocolate and vanilla tiers and Vegan "buttercream" frosting in ivory

with beaded borders and white, ivory, and green floral decor
