Fettucine Alfredo Station

Creamy fettuccine Alfredo made to order in front of your guests from plain fettuccine,

whipped butter, minced garlic, whipped cream, and grated parmesan.  

 

Appetizers

Mini Bacon Wrapped Filet with Bearnaise Dip

Bite of bacon wrapped choice Angus tenderloin baked and served

with Bearnaise mayonnaise dip on the side

Pear, Gorgonzola, Caramelized Walnut Tartlettes

Crispy filo shells filled with fresh pear, crumbled gorgonzola, caramelized walnuts,

and drizzled with honey dijon dressing

 

New World

 

California Winter Saute Station

Seasonal Saute of pork tenderloin with guests choice of the following

Dried cherries, seasonal squash, wild mushrooms, roasted garlic, fresh rosemary, roasted apples,

and caramelized onions topped with an herbed white wine glaze

 

Appetizers

Grilled Marinated Asparagus Wrapped in Proscuitto

Zesty marinated asparagus char grilled and rolled in thinly sliced proscuitto

Roasted Tomato Mini Tart

Buttery pie crust layered with creamy herb and garlic cheese over fresh oven roasted tomatoes

 

Zucchini Pancakes

Mini zucchini pancakes topped with a dollop of sour cream and an edible flower

 

 

South America

 

Paella Station

Saffron rice and the following toppings cooked to order in front of your guests to

create their own person paella. Toppings include spicy chorizo sausage,

shrimp, mussels, lobster, clams, chicken, peas,

artichokes and jalapeno peppers

 

Appetizer

 

Spanish Tapas Platter

Spanish cheeses, meats, and olives artfully arranged and served with sliced rustic bread

 

Pacific Rim

 

Asian Seared Tuna Station

Seared tuna steaks with choice of papaya chutney, wasabi cream, or Hoisin glaze.

Served with choice of caramelized pineapple or spicy peanut noodles

 

Appetizers

Chicken and Mango Spring Rolls

Grilled chicken and fresh mango spring rolls with soy ginger dipping sauce

Shrimp Polynesian with Mango Butter

Coconut breaded shrimp served with mango butter

 

Passed Appetizers

Passed near the end of the event with a paired dessert wine

 

Chocolate Mousse Tarts

Decadent bittersweet chocolate mousse in a sugar cookie shell topped with

whip cream and drizzled with dark chocolate

 

Mandarin Orange Tarts

Sugar cookie shell with lemon mousse, sliced mandarin oranges,

and whip cream
