with a zesty lemon basil butter

 

Petit Garden Green Beans with Roasted Shallots

Petit green beans tossed with olive oil, sea salt, & roasted shallots

 

Potato Parmesan Pie

Thinly sliced red potatoes layered in parmesan cream then

baked until golden brown

 

Third Course

 

Gratin of Berries in Ginger Cream

Creamy vanilla ginger cream & fresh berries baked then

chilled to create a creamy surprise
