a moment to express our deep appreciation for the wonderful job you did
on our daughters wedding. We truly appreciate the hard work and extra
effort you put into it, and it didn't go unnoticed. Even down to the
smallest details like lifesavers in a basket in the small bathrooms. It
was beautiful and, just what we hoped and planned for. It was a joy to
see it all work out. Thank you very much for all your help and support.

that I have had to express the sincere appreciation of the W_____ family
for the extraordinary celebration that you planned, organized, and
executed to make our mother's 90th birthday such an outstanding success.
Lee, Eric, and I hope to be able to use your services for other
functions in the future. Let's not wait until our mother is 100 to do it
again! Having been in the association management business for nearly 35
years, I am intimately familiar with all aspects of a successful
meeting...especially the food and beverage side. We have always wanted
our clients to enjoy the event. Yet, at the same time, it must appear
effortless; but we both know nothing great is accomplished without meticulous
attention to detail. Besides that you have great skills in creative
appetizers, the solid stuff, and unique pastry. Also your tent and table
reference firm did its job very professionally.

| The Wedding Shower was a
marvelous success thanks to the beautiful little sandwiches and intermittent
the deviled eggs were delicious and, the subject of much conversation
because of the way they were cut and displayed. We suspect that eggs
deviled a la Chef Paul will be a new tradition in many of the guests'
homes.
