We regret to inform you that as of December 1st we will no longer be offering deli items for lunch and dinner. We will still be available year round to order cakes, party trays, or to fulfill your catering and party needs.
We truly appreciate all who have so loyally patronized our restaurant, and apologize for no longer being able to continue to provide you with restaurant/deli services. We hope that you will continue to consider Chef Paul's for cakes, holiday dinners, weddings, and other catered occasions.
Due to a rapidly increasing catering schedule we have had to make adjustments to handle the growth. Although we will no longer be providing deli style items, we will be offering reduced catering portions as listed in the menu below. We will also continue to offer holiday and special occasion packages as we have in the past.
Orders can be placed by phone Monday through Friday 11am-6pm at (847) 623-8750. They can be left on the answering machine after those hours. They can also be placed by fax at (847) 623-4169 or by email at ginger@freshappetizers.com . Meetings can be scheduled with advance appointment. Catering, deliveries and pickups, will also be by appointment according to your schedule. If you have any questions regarding these changes please feel free to contact us at the above numbers.

Our minimum order for soup is one quart. Our homemade soups are available in the varieties below:

You can order any of the special salads we have ever had on our menu for a minimum of 10 people. Varieties include:

Order any of our homemade salad dressings by the pint. Varieties include: Raspberry Vinaigrette, Honey Dijon Vinaigrette, Creamy Honey Mustard, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Caesar, Peanut-Ginger Vinaigrette, or any of your other favorites. $3.95 pint
