Roast pork tenderloin topped with apple brandy cream sauce and apple, bacon, walnut relish

Roast tenderloin medallions topped with caramelized onions and shaved parmesan

Mini egg and artisan sausage skillets

Tomato and herb tart with basil salsa

Potato parmesan pie

Fried potato salad bites

Spring greens with strawberries, jicama, and raspberry vinaigrette
