Chef Paul's can fulfill all your catering needs from a simple drop-off office luncheon to a seven course gourmet dinner prepared in any location.

Menus

Chef Paul's catering creates all dishes from scratch using the freshest of ingredients. We even bake all our own pastries and breads in house. Please call us with your party date, time, number of guests, location, budget, and any likes, dislikes, allergies, or special requests and we will put together a custom menu geared toward your specific event and guest makeup.

Tasting

If you would like to taste the quality of our food please call  to schedule an appointment. We require one week advance notice. There will be a nominal  charge for this service based on the items you have chosen to taste. If you are planning a wedding, a tasting of your full menu is included in the charge and will be provided on appointment after you have put down your 30 percent down payment.

Presentation

You are a unique individual and any event you host should reflect that. We work closely with our clients to gather a knowledge of their style, color scheme, and any special decorations they are providing so we can create 

 the party of their dreams All platters are decorated with fresh flowers. All buffets are tiered and decorated with fresh flowers or other decorations related to your theme. All plated dinners are beautifully decorated with edible garnishes. 

Locations

 We cater in any location, from your home kitchen to a tent in remote gardens. We can transform any location into a great place to throw a party. If you are looking for a banquet hall to house your party we have a list of several locations that allow you to choose your own caterer.

Waitstaff and Bartenders

We have professional, friendly, and capable waitstaff available to cater events from 10 to 2000. Our staff comes dressed in tuxedo style uniforms but also have themed costumes or casual uniforms available on request. Experienced bartenders who not only know how to mix a great drink but are charming as well are available for all your event needs. Please call for pricing. If you require staff for your event we need at least one week advance notice.

Beverage Service

Chef Paul's will provide all non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, mixers, and ice for your event. We will set up the bar and provide bartenders and all necessary equipment. We will provide you with a recommended quantity of alcohol to purchase but we do not sell alcoholic beverages. Our staff, however, is trained and insured to serve alcohol safely. In addition to soda and bottled water, Chef Paul's offers several fruit punches made from real fruit purees and juices. For added pizzazz without the alcohol consider a full service Juice Bar featuring vegetable and herb juices, smoothies, and fresh fruit juices all squeezed to order.

Rentals

Deliveries

Deliveries are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Please call in advance to confirm your event time and location. We will not hold a delivery time without a deposit.

Payment

All orders must be placed three business days prior to event. Please give us at least two weeks notice for larger events. A 30% deposit is required to confirm event and hold delivery date, time, staff, and rentals.
