Chocolate Cake-Moist Cake with a rich, dark chocolate color.
Yellow Cake-Moist and light vanilla cake.
White Cake-Snow white mild vanilla cake.
Chocolate or Yellow Pound Cake- This cake is made with butter, sugar, flour, and sour cream and is much denser than our chocolate or yellow cakes. (Additional charge applies.)
Pumpkin Cake-A moist, light cake with pumpkin in the mix. This cake tastes best when filled and frosted with cream cheese icing.
Pineapple Cake-A moist cake with pineapple in the mix. This cake has a texture similar to carrot cake and tastes best when filled and frosted with cream cheese icing.
Carrot Cake-The moistest carrot cake you'll ever find. This cake is flavored with cinnamon and loaded with fresh, sweet, ground carrots. This cake is denser than our other flavors and tastes best when filled and frosted with cream cheese icing. We do not put nuts or raisins in the mix but will on request. (Additional charge applies).
Cheesecake- Our cheesecake is made with lots of cream cheese, eggs, and heavy cream. It is much denser than gelatin based cheesecakes but is a dream to savor in any of the endless varieties of flavors we offer. (Additional charge applies).

Pina Colada Cake

Chocolate Mousse Cake
A beautiful centerpiece cake. Three layers of homemade chocolate cake filled and frosted with LOTS of creamy chocolate mousse. The cake is then garnished with whipped cream and covered white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries. It’s then drizzled with white and dark chocolate for the ultimate chocolate treat.
White Chocolate Mousse Cake
This cake is similar to the Chocolate Mousse cake except it is filled and frosted with White Chocolate Mousse. It is also covered with chocolate dipped strawberries then drizzled with chocolate.
German Chocolate Cake
An old fashioned favorite. Our version is made from scratch with lots of nuts and coconut. The cake is a three layer homemade chocolate cake filled with a fudgy buttercream and topped with a generous layer of German chocolate topping.

Flourless Chocolate Cake w/Raspberry Sauce

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Three Milk Cake (Pastel de Tres Leches)
Vanilla cake soaked with a three milk mixture filled with fresh strawberries and frosted with real whipped cream frosting. Extra three milk mixture is included on the side to pour over the cake when serving.
Princess Ann’s Torte
Vanilla cake filled with custard and strawberries. Frosted with whip cream frosting with lady fingers to decorate the sides and whip cream on top. This can be made with chocolate cake instead if desired.
