White Buttercream-Made the old fashioned way with real butter, sugar, and milk. Very rich.
Chocolate Buttercream- Dark and fudgy. Made the same way as the white buttercream with cocoa added.
Whipped Cream-We frost our cakes with real dairy whipped cream. The flavor is extremely light and not too sweet. These cakes must be refrigerated and decoration possibilities are limited.
Chocolate Whipped Cream-Same as above but with a touch of cocoa mixed in.
Cream Cheese-A denser frosting made with whipped cream cheese and butter. Combines best with carrot, pumpkin, or pineapple cake.
Rolled Fondant- Rolled fondant is a confectionary dough made from sugar. The texture is similar to that of marzipan but the flavor is much milder. Fondant is rolled out and molded over buttercream or cream cheese frosting to the shape of the cake giving it a porcelain like appearance. Rolled fondant adds elegance to any cake. There is a considerable additional charge for rolled fondant which varies according to cake size and desired decoration.
